- Brand staff will be fully catered for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with all drinks
- All staff are expected to camp and they will receive a plate, cup and KFS (Knife, Fork, Spoon) for the event on arrival
- Tents can be provided if needed a long with other equipment upon request

All tent brands will have space outside of their basecamp to pitch their sold in ranges of tents for the SS24 season. You are welcome and encouraged to bring more tents that can be pitched in the attendee camping area to allow them to sleep in overnight.
Like any trade show please contact your retailers and encourage them to attend and book them in to sessions with your brand both on and offsite.
Please confirm if you are bringing your own tent(s)so that we can ensure that they are enough tents and space for all.
